《福五鼠之战国风云》讲述的是猫国，鼠国，狗国，獠牙国与无畏国之间的战斗。由于鼠国疆土扩展，福福鼠他们需要时常到边疆驻守。朝廷之上，鼠王由于年事已高，就安排了自己的近臣灰灰鼠来管理国家。可是由于灰灰鼠的疏忽，致使国内出现内乱。而后不久，猫国的残余獠牙部队发起叛乱。猫鼠叛军们联合在一起进攻鼠国和猫国，并建立了獠牙国。这片大陆的战火重新燃起。
